30 Day Return Policy / Cancellation PolicyWe are so confident that you will be thrilled with your salt lamp that we offer you a 30 day money-back guarantee.
To cancel your order before it has been shipped: If you need to make changes to a new order, or cancel a new order, you must notify us via email: help@saltlampsparadise.comor phone us on: 888-610-3387 free of charge before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it or make any changes. To cancel your order and return your salt lamp:
You must email us via help@saltlampsparadise.com or via our Contact Us page to request a refund within 30 calendar days of your date of order.
Please use the Subject Line: "Your invoice number - Refund request" and confirm why you would like to return the salt lamp.
We will then reply confirming your refund and where to post your package to. You must take reasonable care of the salt lamp while it is in your possession.
Refunds will only be given if the salt lamp is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.
If any accessories or packaging are missing we will not be able to provide a full refund.
Upon receipt of your returned product, we will review the package. Once approved, you will receive a refund within 3 business days.
We charge a 15% re-stocking fee that will be deducted prior to issuing your refund.
We recommend that you use a fully-traceable courier service to return your products.
We do not cover return shipping fees.
We do not refund the shipping fees of your original purchase.
Our 30 day money-back guarantee does not apply to salt lamps or accessories that have been personalized or made to your specification. To return a faulty product:If there is a fault with your product within 30 days of receipt of the item, or if your package arrived damaged, please email us: help@saltlampsparadise.com explaining the problem so we can arrange a replacement.
We will advise you whether to return the faulty item, or whether we will send an instant replacement.

At Salt Lamps Paradise we are proud to offer you FREE shipping on orders over $100, regardless of your location or the weight of your package(s).
We aim to ship your order within 48 business hours and you should expect your order within 2-5 working days, depending on your location.
Our chosen courier service is USPS Priority Mail and we provide you with tracking numbers via email once your package has been shipped.
If you place an order before a national holiday, or the day of a national holiday, shipping may be delayed as the courier companies experience a back-log of shipments at these times.
We ship within the United States. However, we do NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam.
