Q. What does a salt lamp do?
A. When the salt lamp is turned on, the heat from the light bulb will heat the salt crystals which releases negative ion. Negative ions will then break down the positive ions to neutralize them. Positive ions are created by surroundings that we face in our everyday lives such as electronics, pollution, animals, cigarette smoke, dust, etc. Therefore having these positive ion neutralized, the air quality is better overall. This will then decrease the effects of asthma, allergies, headaches, sinuses, fatigue, stress, insomnia, other respiratory illnesses, and other minor illnesses.
Q. How do you clean the salt lamp?
A. Use a damp (not soaking wet) cloth, towel, or sponge to remove dust. Afterwards, dry the salt lamp with a dry paper towel or cloth. Then leave the salt lamp on for a period of time so the heat can dry the salt lamp completely.
Q. Can I wash the salt lamp?
A. Absolutely not. Never put the lamp in water or wash it with any type of cleaning substances. If the lamp is accidentally wet, wipe it with a dry paper towel or cloth and leave the lamp on for a period of time.
Q. Does the salt lamps reduce its effectiveness over time?
A. No. As long as it is being well taken care of, it will never lose its effectiveness.
Q. How do you get the best results from a salt lamp?
A. The best way is to leave the salt lamp turned on as long as possible. The longer itís on, the more negative ions are released into the air which gives the best results.
Q. Does it increase your electric bill by leaving the lamp on all the time?
A. No it does not. It only uses a 15 watt light bulb which is basically the same as leaving a night light on all the time.
Q. Does any light bulb work for my salt lamp?
A. Any 15 watt light bulb will work on our salt lamps. You can buy any standard 15 watt light bulb outside or we also sell them in pack of 25 here.
Q. Does the size of the lamp make a difference?
A. Yes. The larger the lamp is, the more radius of the room benefits from it.
Q. Can I use my salt lamp outdoors?
A. No. Salt lamps should always be used indoors either home or office. This will ensure the best result.

Q. What method do you ship your orders and how long does it take?
A. We use USPS Priority Mail for all of our orders. Depending on your location, delivery time is between 2-5 business days.
Q. After I placed an order, when do you ship them out?
A. Typically all of our orders are shipped out between 1-2 business days. If orders are placed on a holiday, it may be delayed 1-2 days at most.
Q. Are we able to track our package?
A. Yes once the order is shipped, a tracking number provided by USPS will be emailed to you. You can also log in to check the status of your order if you sign up for a free account with us.
Q. Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?
A. At the moment we only ship within the United States. However, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam.
